Virtus Assist provides access to pre-vetted, trained Virtual Assistants (VAs) who can assist with various business tasks.
Our services include matching clients with VAs, managing ongoing support, and ensuring quality performance.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during the onboarding process.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse our services or engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities.
Virtus Assist acts as an intermediary between you (the client) and the VA. We facilitate the connection and provide ongoing support.
You are responsible for providing clear instructions and expectations to your VA.
Any direct arrangements made with the VA outside of Virtus Assist’s platform are not covered by our terms.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Fees for our services are charged based on the selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale).
Payments are non-refundable once services are rendered, except in cases where Virtus Assist is unable to provide a suitable VA.
Virtus Assist offers a refund only if we are unable to provide a suitable VA within the agreed timeframe.
No refunds will be issued for services already delivered.
Chargebacks are strictly monitored. If you initiate a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with Virtus Assist, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
Any disputes should be reported to our support team, and we will work to resolve them promptly.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United State.
